订单大概要8月份才能确定。总结这一单,并没有什么诀窍可言,最重要的是跟紧客户。虽然只是几百美金的样品单,但是在这个客户身上花了很大心血,记得2月底至3月份每天晚上都会和客户聊天聊到很晚,一般是客户提醒我该休息了,我才下线......正因为如此,客户才如期参观工厂,并顺利下样品单。总而言之,跟客户的感情是需要长期培养,关系好了,机会自然就多了。 4. 6月份,询盘很少,新客户的开发也就比较少,有两三个客户可能会下样品单。同时,跟老客户保持着紧密联系,尤其是出过样品单的客户。可以说,经过半年,我工作进入状态了,老客户差不多积累起来了,只是需要维护好,让样品单客户尽快翻单。同时,客户订单下了之后,配合其他布门,将客户要求反馈给采购布,生产布,以确保订单准时并无差错,赢得客户! 上半年的工作总结大致如综上所述,虽然上半年总的销售额并不理想,主要是因为我客户资源有限,很多客户还处于培养阶段,而下单的客户也都是样品单,样品单金额一般都比较低,这就导致销售额比较低。对于下半年的工作我很有信心,也希望公司对我有信心。 会上我也给自己定了目标,这个目标是要用行动去实现的,而不是空谈。下半年总目标是12万美金。很难细化,每个月能做多少,但是我相信,如果样品单客户维护好,继续翻单,这个任务并不难,甚至可以做得更好。 就目前客户的跟踪情况,7月份的工作目标和计划如下: 1. 顺利处理美G客户订单,70%余款收回,这样7月份至少可以
