我是本班的英语老师张老师。今天在家长会上能与家长们就毕业班学生的学习与发展开展研讨，我觉得机会非常宝贵！
今天家长会我说的一共有2各方面。
第一是：英语中期考试考试成绩汇报。第二是对家长提出几点建议。
下面我先说第一方面：英语中期考试成绩。我带的是5，6两个班英语。这一次全年级英语最高分在6班，是刘鑫同学，满分150分，考了146分。这两个班中期考试英语并列全年级第一。在次，我想我们应该用掌声来表示祝贺！当然，这次好成绩的取得与家长的密切配合和学生的努力是密不可分的。在此，我谢谢大家。希望各位家长能继续坚持下去。
初三的英语相比初一初二，难度加大，知识面广，综合性强。可以说，九年级这一年讲基本决定每一个学生在学习和升学方面的命运。因此，我对家长提出以下建议：
1、做好孩子的思想教育工作，帮助孩子制定科学有效的英语学
习计划。有目标就会有行动。如果家长不介意，可以使用我传到群里面的作业家督表。
2、一定要做好孩子的课后作业检查工作。每天英语家庭作业主要包括预习课文，复习知识点，背诵课文和上课做的笔记。
3、要和孩子多沟通。及时了解他在学校的学习情况和遇到的困难。
4、英语是一门语言学科，学习语言贵在坚持！所以要保证每个孩子每天在家学英语最少40分钟。
通过我xx年的英语教学，我总结出：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。
最后，也希望家长与老师的教育能保持一致，我更希望我们的每一分努力都能让每个孩子开出美丽的花朵！

我是本学期担任九（7）班英语教学的王老师，很多家长也许是第一次见到我，大家彼此间可能比较陌生。希望今后有更多的机会与您携手交流。今天在家长会上能与家长们就毕业班学生的学习与发展开展研讨，我觉得机会非常宝贵！
我们学生学习英语的机会应该说非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子们有许多功课要学，另一方面许多学生英语课堂效率低下。下面我就以下5点谈谈学习英语要注意的方面。
1、英语课堂学习应该注重课堂学习效果，40分钟非常宝贵且有限，我们力争要在这短短的时间内掌握所有的英语知识。英语当天学习的内容应该当天消化，如果不能及时消化就会积食，造成听课越听越不懂，形成恶性循环！英语学习重在平时，每天做好预习与复习工作。想要靠临时突击，临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。
我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
2、作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学习上的“寄生虫”。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，平时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，因此请各位家长能关注一下你的子女有没有将作业带回家来做，并督促子女认真复习。
3、学习习惯是第一生产力。许多同学英语学习好，并不是他（她）比别人聪明，而是学习习惯比较好。良好的学习习惯可以大大提高你的学习效果，我们班的陈晓玉，陈玲同学，她们学习态度端正，上课认真，书写工整，正因为如此，无论什么考试都能取得很好的成绩，这与她平时良好的学习习惯是分不开的！而有些同学你看似认真，却是身在心不在，学习重在表象，完全不扎实，综合素质却没有真正提高。课外也不下功夫，一堂课几个单词，一两个重点句型下节课过来
提问一问三不知，又何谈课外扩展与素质提升？这样的现象很普遍，说到底，还是好的习惯没有养成，不够勤奋。另外还有几个同学，他们的潜力很大，但因为还不够认真刻苦，所以没有发挥出自己最好的水平，希望家长能够配合老师，把孩子的成绩抓上去。我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指导下能够及时完成老师布置的任务，那么一定能学好。要教导您的'孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学习作风，成绩马上就会见效。
1）勤于思考、敢于攻关的习惯。
2）养成不懂就问的好习惯。
3）养成复习旧课和预习新课的习惯。
4）养成做完作业细心检查的习惯。
4、英语学习贵在坚持！就好像跑步运动，英语学习之初大家都从同一个起跑线出发，但随着难度加深与词汇量加大，一些同学慢慢对英语失去新鲜感续而厌烦最后掉队。希望我们家长对子女多一份关爱，督促子女奋发图强，初三一年大有提高的余地！英语偏科是历史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要证明自己真正有实力那就从偏科的英语入手，重点突破！
5、树立正确的英语学习观与知识观！许多学生和家长认为英语学习了没有多大用处，我又不会出国，学两句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必学精通？且不说英语作为一种工具，它对于我们升学、工作、求职有重大意义，同时我认为学习英语的过程也是一个吸收别人长处，观念更新的过程！知识是无价的，知识可以改变命运。
我们今天所有的努力都是为了让我们的学生，你的孩子在学习有更大提高，做一个全面发展的人才！让我们相信明天会更好！谢谢！

首先感谢大家对我的英语教学工作的支持和配合！我代表我自己对大家表示深深的谢意。现在您的孩子已经是一个毕业班的学生了，明年六月，他们将面临中考，英语是其中重要的一门作业。为了让您的孩子能在中学的最后一年中取得良好的学习效果，我这个毕业班的英语教师希望能得到家长们的积极配合，共同修建良好的家、校学习氛围。为此，第一方面我想对这一阶段学生的情况作一反馈，第二方面我想和大家共同探讨一下当前孩子的学习和怎样才能让孩子们在愉悦中成长，希望大家能够自由、积极的发表意见。
一、存在的题目
1、部份学生学习目的性不够明确，学习的自主性较差，缺少自觉性。
2、部份学生的学习习惯和方法较落后，效力较低。如不抓紧时间，发现题目不向老师提问等等。
3、少数学生还没有摆正学习的位子，贪玩而浪费时间造成上课状态不好。
二、我提出以下几点要求和建议：
㈠我的要求
⒈给予孩子们英语学习关注。家长要给孩子减压，鼓励他建立信
心。告知他要认真听课，认真完成作业，认真练习。学习是贵在坚持的，只要锲而不舍，就可以取得良好的成绩。
⒉催促孩子天天坚持英语学习。学校每周英语课只有6节，在学校的英语学习时间远远不够，这就意味着回家温习与巩固是非常重要与必要的。希望家长们能催促您的孩子多听录音，多读课文，多记辞汇，多写句子。
⒊课本中，每单元a、b部份的要求背诵。催促孩子课后坚持背单词。要求学生会听会读、会说。每个单元学完后，我们会进行每个单元基础知识的过关测试。
⒋学习进入到总温习阶段，我会对所学英语知识进行分类、归纳与总结。这些知识会在课堂中显现，也会构成文字资料发放给学生，请家长们予以关注，提示孩子们充分加以利用。
⒌在英语学习中，家长与您的孩子有任何题目，都请您及时我进行联系，写张纸条让您的孩子带给我，或是手机联系都可以。
㈡我的建议
考好的要引导不自豪，考不好要引导不气馁。学懂的要引导写正确，学不懂要引导抓基础。盲目的要引导有目标，有目标要引导有计划。高分的要引导少失误，低分的要引导会舍得。想学的要引导能学好，不想学要引导不放弃。不要只看分，要看学生学习状态。不要只批评，要鼓励加安慰。不要只唠叨，要聆听孩子的想法。不要太放手，适当给予引导。不要以为来不及，只要努力就会进步成绩。
㈢希望家长做以下配合：
1、催促落实孩子读背作业的完成，假如催促落实孩子读背作业按要求完成后，请家长签字。
2、催促落实自测的完成。
3、检查英语练习试卷资料的整理是否是齐全，检查英语练习试卷资料的错题是否是有订正。
4、资料的整理分三类整理：
⑴自编练习及试卷；
⑵读背归纳性的资料；
⑶尽可能多地给孩子创造英语氛围。
