（1）负责公司的内部管理。

当然管理包拓了很多方面了如：

政策制订。工作的规划、企业文化，团队协作、制度建设，人员管理，工作流程、培训、绩效考核等等

（2）协助林董、王总公司的经营运作。

公司的经营目标，市场开拓，业务运作，项目拓展，业

绩分析等等。

3、说说公司现状

公司目前正处于起步发展阶段，要靠我们这个团队的力量，要靠大家努力的工作，当公司壮大起来的时候，你们就是有功之臣了。目前公司正朝规范化的方向发展，如工作方向目标明确，讲职业道德礼仪，工作业绩指标，员工着装，（插入职业装话题）·员工活动·等等

接下来我们要按组织架，对各部门进行人员编置、匹配、部门职责制定，明确员工员工作指标，对员工的工作业绩进行考核评估，理行工作检查，（运用工作表的形式，作进行检查）对员工业务专业技能等方面的培，我们要制定四季度员工内部培训规划，业务工作和培训工作齐头并进。使员工真正在公司感到工作有乐趣，同时也有压力，在工作乐趣和压力中成长。

4、如何做一个成功的下属，我想有以下几点

（1）工作认真负责，任劳任怨

（2）积极完成工作指标。

（3）热心帮助他人，解决工作中的困难。

Why I choose this item? I think it can be illustrated from the following four parts. First, the existing quantity of airfields is still not sufficient and the airfields have many shortcomings especially in war time. Second, the complementary facilities, such as highway runways are far less than airfields, however, have more weakness. Third, a certain amount of field airfield is quite necessary considering some emergencies such as rescue and disaster relief. Forth, the field airfield can fill the void of airfield and they can be combined to be airfield network. The meaning and aim of this research contains three parts.
