一转眼便迈进30了。30岁人要做对事。30岁的人，在社会上已经闯荡了多年，有一定的社会阅历，开始渐渐认准人生的方向。这时候，作为一个有理想的人，他就必须选择好自己的事业，认定自己的目标并为之奋斗。这时，他的选择很重要，也就是我们所说的做对事。如果选择错误，方面出现偏差，那么，他越用功，他离成功也就越远了。在选择正确的情况下，坚持10年，等到我们不惑之年的时候，也许就能看到人生的枝头挂满累累硕果。对于三十而立的中国传统标准来说，也许这是一份迟来的午餐，但它却是给当年的30岁的人一个曾经披荆斩棘、栉风沐雨的补偿。

I deem right choice as following the right person at the age of 20 and doing right things at the age of 30. We are the new entrants in our 20s, just like a piece of blank paper.
