make it 固定词组，表示成功，做完某事，还表示赶上。
5）out of the frying pan into the fire
意为跳出油锅却掉进火坑，用来夸张的描绘逃脱小难，更遭大难
6）Hold on.继续，保持，坚持；不挂断电话
7）It’s working.
It works. 指起作用，正常运作，比如说生病了，吃的药有起作用，身体变好了，或指车子机器正常运作等。

二、Plot outline（故事梗概）

1.）最最经典的台词：Adventure is out there.
?冒险就在那里。
?生活就是冒险。
out there：
A.outside 外面表示在什么的外边。
如，（1）It‘s cold out there.——外边儿真冷。
（2）Put on your Sunday clothes there's lots of world out there.”
穿上你的假日盛装，外面的世界很精彩
B.2. 某个虚指的地点，表示存在,在日常口语中用得非常广泛,它不是
指在特定范围之外的某个地方,而是表示事物的真实存在，也就
是无实意，在句子中起强调的作用。
如，“The truth is out there.” 真相真实存在。
C．[slang]extreme, eccentric or unusual 【俚语】奇怪的，疯狂的，异于平常的
out there还能作为俚语，表示神志不清的、近乎疯狂的。
如，I tried to reason with Tom, but he's out there.
我想跟汤姆理论来着，但他完全疯了不听我。
2．）Cross your heart.
cross one's heart是小孩子玩耍时常用的一个游戏口语，是一个毒誓，用来表示千真万确、绝不反悔的意思
3.）soil: 弄脏
如，She soiled her dress with ink.
她的衣服被墨水弄脏了。
4.）steer：驾驶，掌舵
如，Steer the boat for that island.
把船驶向那个岛。
5.）jerk: 急拉，猛推
jerk sb around（尤指通过不诚实的手段）给某人出难题，为某人设置障碍，

6.）get stuck=be stuck被困住，卡住
get stuck卡壳儿了
