镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷研究进展

摘 要 综述了镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷发展历程,分析其结构与性能,并从光反射、散射和吸收等光学角度分析影响其光学性能的因素,阐述了气孔率、气孔直径以及杂质等对其光学性能的影响,并指出要想获得透光性好的镁铝尖晶石陶瓷,还需要在高质量粉体材料的制备、坯体的烧结致密化以及透明陶瓷的表面加工等三个方面进一步深入研究,用以全面改善和提高镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷的性能,拓展其在国防和其它领域的应用。

ABSTRACT The development history of magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramics was reviewed and the relationship between its structure and properties was summarized in this paper. Based on optics theory, the factors influenced the transmittance of ceramics were elucidated, including porosity and impurity. To synthesize the magnesium aluminate spinel with high transmittance, it is fundamental to develop the high quality powder, improve the sintering densification of green body, and optimize the surface processing technology to meet the demand of national defense and other fields.

透明陶瓷(transparent ceramic )是指采用陶瓷

工艺制备的具有一定透光性的多晶材料,又称为光

学陶瓷。通常把直线透过率超过10%的陶瓷称为透

明陶瓷。透明陶瓷自产生以来由于其优良的光学性
