《综合英语》考试大纲

一、考试对象

英语专业本科插班生

二、考试目的

《综合英语》课程考试旨在考察学生在掌握该课程已学知识的基础上,注重考察学生对于基本知识的理解、掌握、记忆和熟练运用英语的能力。本门课程考核要求由低到高共分为“记忆”、“判断”、“理解”、“掌握”和“运用”等五个层次。其含义:记忆,指考核学生能否准确记住英语的单词和固定表达方法,以求能运用地道的英语。判断:是考核学生运用已学的语言知识,根据其不同位置做出正确的理解和判断,以求准确运用英语。理解:旨在考核学生能否比较正确地理解英语篇章的意义表达。掌握:旨在考核学生对已学的英语综合知识掌握的程度。运用:意在考核学生对已学过的知识运用的能力和程度。总之,这是通过一些考核手段来达到该课程的教学目的。

三、考试方法和考试时间

1、考试方法:闭卷、笔试

2、记分方式:百分制,满分为100分

3、考试时间:120分钟

4、大题总数:5 道大题

5、命题的指导思想和原则

命题的总的指导思想是:全面考查学生对本课程的基本知识及主要知识点学习、理解和掌握的情况。命题的原则是:题目数量多、份量小、范围广,比较基本的语言技能和知识一般要占60%左右,稍微灵活一点的题目要占20%左右,较难的题目要占20%左右。其中绝大多数是中小题目,即使大题目也不应占分太多,应适当压缩大题目在总的考分中所占的比例。客观性的题目应占比较重的份量。

6、题目类型

(1) 英语释义 (12分):英语释义部分旨在考核学生的英语语言运用能力,学生本人用简单自然的英语来解释课文中的部分语句,三个长句,每句4分,计12分。

(2)英汉互译(20分):英语译成汉语,从所学课文中选择2-3个句群进行英汉翻译,计10分;汉语单句译成英语,从练习册中的翻译练习中抽出5个句子,并做适当改变后进行翻译,计10分。

(3)选择题(20分):在给出的单词或词组中选同义词或词组,根据课文选择写作技能或修辞手法,语法考察等,每题1分,共20分。

(4)阅读理解(共30分):根据学生的整体知识水平,选择3篇长度在1000-1500左右词汇的英语文章,以选择题型考核,计15小题,每题2分,计30分。

(5)英语写作 (18分):考核学生英语语言的综合运用能力,以书写英语作文形式进行考核;作文为论述文,要求观点明确,论证合理,条理清晰,字数为120-150字,计18分。

本课程考试为闭卷考试,考生不得携带任何纸张、教材、辞典、笔记本、作业本、参考资料、电子读物、电子器具和工具书等进入考场。

一、考试对象

英语专业本科插班生

二、考试目的

《英语写作》课程考试旨在考查学生综合运用英语的能力,重点考查学生是否掌握了以段落为中心的写作模式,了解了各种段落的写作方法和掌握了英语中最常见的几种主要的体裁写作方法。

三、考试方法和考试时间

1、考试方法:(闭卷笔试)。

2、记分方式:百分制,满分为100分。

3、考试时间:120分钟。

4、试题总数:不限,视具体情况而定。

5、命题的指导思想和原则

命题的的指导思想和原则是:以课程教材及教学大纲为依据,考试内容一般不超过学生在教材中所学的内容。主要考核学生是否掌握基本的文稿格式、标点符号的正确运用、英语段落的基本结构、段落的基本原则、段落的扩展方法、说明文和议论文的写作方法。其中最主要的是考查学生综合运用英语表达思想的能力。试题采用多种题型,有客观题、主观题,主要是主观题和命题写作。

(1) 填空〔10%〕

(2) 判断题(12%)

(3)概念题(8%)

(4) 连句成段并使其具有连贯性(10%)

(5)改错 (10%)

(6) 议论文写作题(50%)

四、考试内容、要求

1. 文稿格式:文稿纸张的选用及规格、文稿的安排、移行、大小写、标点和书法等。

2.段落结构、各种句子的作用、主题句结构及其功用。

3.段落的统一性及其重要性。

4.段落的连贯性的基本概念、段落连贯的主要手段。

5.标点符号的种类、几种主要标点符号的作用、英语标点与汉语标点的异同。

6.议论文写作。要求结构合理,用词得当,具有统一性、连贯性、表达条理清楚,无逻辑混乱现象。

本课程考试为闭卷考试,考生不可携带教材、笔记本、词典等有关资料进入考场。

一、考试对象

英语专业本科插班生

二、考试目的

本考试的目的是从普通高校专升本毕业生中挑选优秀者升入本科三年级学习。依照教育部颁发的《高等学校英语专业教学大纲》和我校《英语专业本科教学大纲》,考试目的是测试考生对课程的基本知识和基本技能掌

握的程度,观察语言、假设判断、分析归纳、推理验证等逻辑思惟能力以及运用所学知识解决英语阅读中实际问题的能力;测试考生是否达到本科二年级下学期的水平,是否具有升入本科学习的能力。

三.阅读单项技能考核目的

1、能读懂英美国家出版的中等难度的文章,阅读速度为每分钟80~100个单词,了解中心大意,抓住主要论

点或情节,熟悉文章的结构布局,能根据所阅读的材料进行推理归纳和分析,领会作者的真实意图。

2、能在3~4分钟内快速阅读1000词左右的难度浅易的文章,快速获取所需的信息,并能根据阅读技巧推测

和判断词义。理解准确率要求以70%~80%为合格。

3、要求认知6000~8000个单词,要能在听、说、读、写、译等交际活动中正确地灵活使用,准确率要求达

70%~80%。

4、要求在文化素养方面具有一定的知识面,对英语国家的地理、历史、社会状况、文化传统、风俗习惯等有

一定的了解。

四、考试形式和内容结构

1、考试形式为笔试、闭卷。考试时间为2小时,总分为100分。为较全面的反映学生的阅读单项语音技能,

既顾及到科学性、客观性,又顾及到可行性和阅读考试本身的特点,本考试采取客观题和主观题相结合的形式。客观题(多项选择题)占总分80%左右,主观题占总分20% 左右。在试卷中对不同层次的要求比例为:识记约占30%,领会约占40%,综合应用约占30%。试题的难易程度分为:易、较易、较难和难四个等级,不同难度试题的分数比例一般为2:3:3:2。这四个难度等级的试题分布在不同的能力层次中。

2、考试内容和题型。

1)阅读理解多项选择题(60%)

测试要求:测试学生的词汇广度和知识深度、阅度速度、阅读技能和理解能力。阅读速度要求达到每分钟80~100词。

测试内容:6篇短文,30个多项选择题。

2)阅读理解简答题(20%)

测试要求:主要测试学生对文章理解,回答必须简明扼要、切题,语法正确,用词得体。

测试内容:2篇短文,10个问题。

3)综合填充题材(Cloze Test)(20%)
