【摘要】Objective Effect of ifosfamide (IFO), Ashikagayo Oto (VP-16) and cisplatin (DDP) clinical efficacy and adverse effects of IEP regimen combined with composition of the treatment of smal celllung cancer. Method In 22 cases of smal celllung cancer were treated with IEP regimen: IFO 1200mg/m2 IV drip, for 1 - 5 days after IFO respectively; 0, 4, 8h infusion mesna (Mesna) 0.4g; VP-16 75mg IV drip, for 1 - 5 days; DDP 20mg/m2, for 1 - 5 days each; 3 to 4 weeks to repeat the cycle, 3 - 4 cycles for a course. Result 3 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy, 3 cases in 22 cases of CR, 15 cases of PR. The total effective rate was 81.8%. The main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression:neutropenia occurred in 68.5%, grade II or IV 31.8%. Conclusion P regimen in the treatment of smal celllung cancer has a good effect, worthy of further study.%目的：观察异环磷酰胺(IFO)、足叶乙甙(VP-16)及顺铂(DDP)联合组成的IEP方案治疗小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法对22例小细胞肺癌患者应用IEP 方案化疗：IFO 1200mg/m2静脉滴注，连用1～5日；分别于IFO后0、4、8h静脉推注美斯纳(Mesna)0.4g；VP-1675mg静脉滴注，连用1～5日；DDP 20mg/m2，连用1～5日；每3～4周为重复周期，3～4周期为一疗程。
