我态度温和,平易近人,从不高高在上一副傲慢的神气。如果那样的话,我会觉得我已经远离了人群,就像鱼离开了水,失去生命的活力。

我对待学生坚持公平公正的原则,善于即时发现学生中的不良现象实行耐心教育。学生不光是学知识,更重要的是做人,所以,我把做好学生的思想工作放在首位。

我有时冷酷无情,批评时总很严厉,不留情面,要让对方知道他为什么错了,今后应该怎么办的道理,我才肯善罢甘休。
