基于组态技术的路灯远程监控系统设计与实现

摘 要:为提高市政照明系统的节能效率与智能化管理水平,设计了一种基于组态技术
的路灯远程监控系统。该系统以工控组态软件作为远程监控系统开发平台,构建一个人
机友好性与智能化管控俱佳的操作环境;利用基于S7-200 PLC 的补偿式路灯节能器对路
灯进行现场控制和管理,在设备组成和控制策略2个层面上提高节能效果;采用GPRS
和ZigBee 相结合的网络架构作为媒介构建分布式数据传输体系,使远程监控系统能快速
且稳定地完成终端数据采集和运行控制,实现实时监控、快速报警、自动运行和数据管
理等多种功能。该系统已在哈尔滨市可靠运行2年,系统节能率提高至50 %以上,有效
减少了人工巡查和维护费用,提高智能化管理水平。

Design and Implementation of a Remote Monitoring System for Street
Lighting Based on Configuration Technology

Abstract: To improve the energy efficiency and intelligent management level of the municipal lighting system, a remote monitoring system for street lighting based on configuration technology is designed. Using configuration software as the developing platform, the system builds an excellent operating interface both in man-machine friendliness and intelligent control. The compensating street lamp economizer based on S7-200 PLC is used to control street lights, improving the energy-saving rate in two stages of equipment composition and control strategy. For transmission networks, GPRS and ZigBee are combined to build a distributed system, which enables data collections and terminal operations more rapid and stable, thus achieving a variety of functions such as synchronous monitoring, rapid alarming, automatic operation and data management, etc. The system has been operating reliably in Harbin for 2 years with an over 50% energy-saving rate, effectively decreases the cost of labor inspections and maintenance and promotes the intelligent management level. 路灯远程监控系统是近年来兴起的市政照明智
能解决方案,其采用计算机、通信、自动化等多个领
域技术,可以解决远程监控、故障防盗、节能减排等
诸多问题,极大提高市政照明的管理水平[1]。
目前城市路灯管理系统生产厂商多采用单片机
技术与MFC, LabView 等上位机开发平台构建路灯远程监控系统。单片机作为主控芯片,构建的节能器经济性好但存在节能效率不高和可靠性差等问题;而MFC, LabView 作为远程监控软件开发平台,基本功能得以实现却面临开发维护工作量大且人机界面不友好的瓶颈[2-4]。 作为当今流行的工控开发平台,组态软件具有
