投诉信：表达写信人对某一情况不满。所有投诉信的共同特点是最终要求收信人帮助解决问题。如果题目设置了解决方案，考生一定要将它写进去；如果题目没有设置解决方案，考生就应当在信中给出自己的解决方案，而且所提出的解决方案应当是与投诉的内容相关，对某一点不满就针对某一点提出解决方案。

写作策略：

首段：说明与收信人的相关性，表明写作意图，在尽可能的情况下做到客观礼貌，给读信人留下好印象，并且始终牢记读信人未必就是错误的责任人，他的合作对问题的解决至关重要。

主体段落：写明投诉的原因，要展开说明，可以说具体的理由和由此带来的后果(现象结果说明法)。这样展开就使信件的内容显得充实丰满，也符合正常的交际习惯。

结尾段：提出解决方案，不需要展开，做到公正公平。此段应该体现书信的礼貌原则，应当有类似的“如您能……，我将万分感谢”的话语。这也是投诉信最能体现礼貌原则的地方。
