【摘要】随着放射诊断在临床的不断普及，对于日常防护安全的管理就需要引起广泛的重视。安全管理不但要严格执行国家有关规定进行制度化、规范化建设，还应当重点加强人员、设备安全操作等方面的管理。对于放射科的工作人员，应做到合理配备，并定期组织强化防护知识培训，同时定期对相关人员的健康进行监护。在进行放射检查时，还应注意对患者及陪护人员进行适当的放射防护。放射科内不同的设备均应严格执行相关国家标准，而放射诊断设备的操作则必须符合安全要求。只有将放射防护安全管理与质量保证和控制进行有机结合，才能够保证放射诊断的质量。%With the continuous popularization of radiodiagnosis in clinical treatment, daily safety management should be paid more and more attention to.
