对衡水中学教学模式的思考

对衡水中学教学模式的思考 一、1998年，学校引入了陕西师范大学张熊飞教授的“诱思探究教学论”，把学习这一理论列入了上至校长、下至教师的考核目标，专门制定了学习制度，定期召开学习交流会，校长、教师轮番登台搞讲座、谈心得，并定期组织考试，不论校长还是教师考试不及格，都要重新补考。1996年，衡水中学开始改革课堂教学，校长李金池开始把大量先进的教育思想引入校园，并开始大量地派教师出去学习。 思考：由于一线的教师在平时都有很重的教学任务，由此在搞科研上的精力和经验是不足的，我们学校能不能象衡水中学那样把大学的教学理论和教学思想引进校园，把理论和实践相结合，使我们平时的教学减少盲目性、近期功利性和无计划性。2004年2月衡水中学申请了市教育科学规划研究课题，我们学校也应该争取这方面的工作以提高我们学校的科研能力。（首都师范大学开设了一个中学教学理论与实践相结合的课题，已经有全国50多所中小学参加，我想我们学校假如能参加，对我们学校提高教师理论水平，使理论和实践相结合，及时吸收当今中学教学教改成果，以实现我校的长远规划和发展都是非常有意义的） 二、衡水中学特别强调让学生了解知识的形成过程，强调“四基”教学，即基本知识、基本技能、基本事实、基本方法。依据这种教学思想，衡水中学理化实验教学就做了重大改革。由过去教师总是“先讲后练”，即先把书上的知识告诉学生，然后再由学生去通过实验验证，学生最终的心理感受是“确实如此”——书上说的是正确的，变为教师不告诉学生结果，而是指导学生通过实验自己去得出结果，学生的心理感受是“原来如此”——客观事物原来是这样联系和变化的。同是一个实验，一个是为了让学生认识书本知识，一个是为了让学生认识客观世界，而不是书本。两种方法，哪一个更好不言而喻。 思考：其实这种方法之所以收到了良好的效果就是因为它遵循了人认识事物的一般规律，就是由感性到理性，由无次序到有次序，由浅层到深层，而且这个过程也充分尊重了学生在吸收知识和形成能力上的个性差异，使教学和学习不再只是流于形式，使差生的学习不再被动，也为优等生充分挖掘自己的潜力留下了很大的空间。 三、关于教学的高度。校长李金池说，知识就象长在树上的桃子，教学活动的一切安排都是要“让学生跳一跳能摘到桃子”。“让”强调的是教师的诱导。“跳一跳”强调的是学生的努力。“摘”强调的是学生自主地获得知识的过程。这个“桃子”是学生自己摘到的，而不是教师摘下来塞给学生的。学生“跳一跳摘到了桃子”自然就得到了锻炼，获得了知识，形成了能力。 思考：李金池校长的调动学生的学习积极性的形象比喻，说明他抓住了当今中学教改的真谛。当然一种教学思想到具体的操作还不是一回事，但只有拥有了这种思想我们都能有可走好下一步。而且应该指出的是这对教师的要求不是降低了，而是提高了，教师由一个演员变成了一个导演，由一个班长变成了一个司令。
