大家好，我今天演讲的题目是《论实干》。

实干顾名思义就是实实在在的干一步一个脚印脚踏实地的干。像老黄兔一样埋下头来做自己的事情就是实干。如果你想成功那么你就得实干。实实在在做有用的事情。如果每天喊口号似的我要做多少题目要看多少页书而不付出行动的那么我可以肯定的告诉你成功一定不会青睐你。因为你是活在口号中而不是活在实干中。大家应该都知道王进喜的事迹。在石油要从油井中喷出的紧要关头如果他不用身体去和水泥而是站在旁边干着急结果有会是怎样众所周知魏书生先生是一个伟大的教育家。请大家假想一下假如魏老师做的和说的不一样结果有会是怎样肯定的如果他们不去实干不付出行动那么他们就不会成功。

为了自己理想的实现。为了在高考场上一举夺魁。我们必须从现在起踏踏实实走路。日计划、周计划、月计划我们要一个个的落实。不能让它们成为一纸空文。当天的学习任务要当天完成不能推迟。要做到说了算定了干一不做二不休。知识点要一个一个过关。学习是一个持恒的过程。每天的学习我们不仅要落到实处而且要持之以恒的做下去。这样才会有明显的效果。就像我们写《创新日记》一样。“实干”二字说出口容易写出来也不难难就难在其意实实在在的干。而且要不得持之以恒的干尤其是在学习方面。谁能够持之以恒的踏踏实实的学习谁就是最后的胜利者。

实干如同一叶船桨推动着我们不断前行实干如同一只萤火虫照亮并指引我们前行的路实干又如同一只信鸽带着我们的梦想飞向远方。同学们为了我们的理想为了我们的班级为了我们的第一请投身于实干中去吧。
