摘要

职员治理系统是一种基于企业职员治理的，针对职员治理的复杂程序而开发出来的操作简单而且方便使用的一个职员治理系统，

从推广到现在已被大量公司使用，在那个治理系统上记录每个职员的信息以及他们的请假，出差情况。还包括整个公司的每天运行的流程，包括签到，加班，迟到，发薪，以及年中奖金的发放情况。甚至还能够通过分析职员的情况，对公司这段时刻的进展进行整治和调改。这就促进了公司经营治理的方便性！

本职员治理系统要紧利用了java，SQL，SWING,软件工程技术实现了一个人对多个职员进行方便，快捷的治理，以及方便了公司对职员情况的分析调查。从治理系统的登陆界面、主界面，以及人性化的操作，不仅提高了公司的运行效率，也方便了职员对自己情况的查看和修该，实现了老总和职员之间的友好互动！
