小学英语课程标准的特点与教学要求概括：小学英语课程标准的特点包括：面向全体学生，注重教育；整体设计目标，体现灵活开放；突出学生主体，尊重个体差异；采用灵活途径，倡导体验参与；注重过程评价，促进学生发展；开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。而针对这六个特点，小学英语课程标准在实施上也有相应的教学要求。同时，在查阅资料时，我也发现小学英语课程标准的实施对教师素质也有非常具体的要求。一、小学英语课程标准的特点：（一）面向全体学生，注重素质教育英语课程要面向全体学生，注重素质教育。课程特别强调要关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力，提高人文素养，增强实践能力，培养创新精神。 (二)整体设计目标，体现灵活开放基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础，培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。 (三)突出学生主体，尊重个体差异学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。英语课程在目标设定、教学过程、课程评价和教学资源的开发等方面都突出以学生为主体的思想。课程实施应成为学生在教师指导下构建知识、提高技能、磨砺意志、活跃思维、展现个性、发展心智和拓展视野的过程。 (四)采用活动途径，倡导体验参与本课程倡导任务型的教学模式，让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整，以形成积极的学习态度，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。 (五)注重过程评价，促进学生发展建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。该评价体系由形成性评价和终结性评价构成。在英语教学过程中应以形成性评价为主，注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。终结性评价应着重检测学生综合语言技能和语言应用能力。评价要有利于促进学生综合语言运用能力和健康人格的发展；促进教师不断提高教育教学水平；促进英语课程的不断发展与完善。 (六)开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道英语课程要力求合理利用和积极开发课程资源，给学生提供贴近学生实际、贴近生活、贴近时代的内容健康和丰富的课程资源；要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志、网络信息等丰富的教学资源，拓展学习和运用英语的渠道；积极鼓励和支持学生主动参与课程资源的开发和利用二、小学英语课程的教学要求： (一)面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础教学设计要符合学生生理和心理特点，遵循语言学习的规律，力求满足不同类型和不同层次学生的需求，使每个学生的身心得到健康的发展。在教学中教师应该注意：1．鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度； 2．要为学生提供自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现和自我发展的空间； 3．鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合语言技能； 4．创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己感兴趣的问题并自主解决问题。

浅谈小学英语教学的特点小学英语教师想使自己日常的英语教学更加有效，首先就要了解并抓住小学英语教学的特点。而要了解特点，必须先明确小学开设英语课程的目的是什么？小学阶段开设英语课程的目的是要使小学生通过生动活泼的课堂教学激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，使学生具备良好的语音、语调基础，具备用所学英语进行简单日常交流的初级能力，并养成良好的英语学习习惯，为进一步学习打好基础。因此，小学英语教学应具备以下特点：一、教学内容贴近生活，能激发出小学生的学习兴趣（一）教学材料和教学活动应贴近生活即教学材料和教学活动能充分反映小学生的日常生活，所学的内容能应用到他们所熟悉的生活中去。如：book、pencil等学习用品是他们平常学习中最常用到的，而像apple，orange等水果或my family ，my mother，my father 等又都是如实地反映他们周围环境和社会生活的。学生在学过这些英语以后可以在自己的生活中使用，这在一定程度上激发了他们的学习兴趣。如在学习关于Fruit的单元时，教师可利用各种水果，进行实物教学，对于当时无法找到的水果，则可用图片代替。而在学习Cat、Dog时可使用绕口令“A cat，a cat，miao，miao，miao.
