一)整体评价

2018年安徽省中考英语试卷在秉承2017年改革思路的基础上,继续优化评价方式和手段,稳中求进。试卷命制严格按照《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》所规定的五级目标要求和《2018年安徽省初中毕业学业考试纲要》中英语科目的题型设计和能力要求为基本依据,遵循“教考一致”的原则,着眼于考查学生的基础语言知识和基本语言技能,通过在情境下语用的渗透考查考生的学习策略、文化意识和思维品质等,促进考生用英语做事情的能力,突出了对考生九年义务教育学习中所积累的必备知识与关键能力的全面考查,既关注考核内容的覆盖面,又兼顾题量和难度的适切性,同时关注“立德树人”这一核心指导思想,充分体现了测试的激励性、教育性、交际性和开放性,对全省义务教育阶段的英语教学具有较好的导向和反拨作用。

具体表现在:

一、精心选择素材关注学科育人

2018年安徽省中考英语试卷在选材上力求内容新颖、题材广泛、语言地道、有足够的信息量;同时还关注了语言材料的思想性、人文性、多样性和时代性,所选材料贴近学生的生活实际,注重对考生情感态度价值观的正向引导,坚持立德树人、育人为本,试题设计融入了社会主义核心价值观,考生的答题过程就是一次潜移默化的接受人文熏陶的过程。

例如:

听力题,关键词选择中简短的五个句子内容涉及了专注、团队、节俭、意志力、助人等优秀的文化品格,而对话理解中话题则涵盖了:珍稀动物、饮食文化、旅行订票、校园生活、卫生健康、音乐爱好、音乐会、生日安排、周末敬老等贴合学生生活实际的主题对话,短文理解与信息转换则是一次回馈亲情或夏令营生活的体验和感悟;这些素材容易引起学生的情感体验和共鸣。

完形填空题,A篇讲述的是作者奶奶历经10年艰辛和努力,从一个笨拙的女孩,最终成为一个令人尊敬的民间剪纸艺术家的故事,让考生感悟到梦想需要坚持与付出。B篇一个

外国人通过一次购物所感受到的他眼中的中国人乐于助人的优秀品格,某些时候我们每个人的行为都代表中国,要从小事做起,从我做起,寓教育于生活和考试。试题选材主题意义鲜明,彰显了立德树人的学科教育价值。

阅读理解,内容不仅涉及了中外优秀的文化品格,还关注了所选语篇语言的地道性(E 篇)。这样的选材原则有利于全面测试出考生的语言能力,使擅长于阅读不同题材或体裁的学生有展现自己能力的机会,有利于激发学生的阅读欲望,较好地拓展了学生的视野。同时能引导教师关注学生阅读习惯的养成、阅读能力的提升和完成必须的阅读量。避免教师在平时的教学中以报纸、杂志上现成的试卷对学生进行题海战术训练的现象;引导教师利用语言地道、近乎原汁原味的文章来提升学生的阅读水平,帮助学生形成一定的跨文化意识。这种选材原则也是教师在平时的阅读教学中应该遵循的。

二、重视基础积累凸显语用考查

试题立足对学生英语基础知识和基本技能的考查;涉及的考点均为初中学生英语学习中需要掌握的主干知识和必备技能,符合学生的生活经验、学习特点、认知水平和语言能力,考查了学生在义务教育阶段多年英语学习的积累。有助于引导教师在教学中关注双基,帮助学生为高中学习夯实语言基础。

试题还更多地关注了在完整、真实的语境中考查学生对语法和词汇的理解,关注了对初中基本语言知识和语法知识的全覆盖。突出了语法知识在语境中的实际应用。

如:单项选择第36题Our class are much sure to win the basketball game _____ Class Three. A.of B.in C. against D. from 该题有助于考生正确地理解和运用英语语言,丰富语言的积累,引导教师在平时的教学中要特别注重培养学生单词与习语的综合感知能力,促进学生对基础知识的灵活掌握和灵活应用,避免英语语言学习的死记硬背。

再如:完形填空题,着重考查了学生结合词汇、语法、语篇知识、生活常识进行逻辑推理和综合判断的能力。第54题,在干扰项的设计上,充分考虑了测试的信度与效度,从运用的角度考查学生的语言基础知识和基本技能。第62题,该题较好地体现了完形填空题的解题基本思路:即上下文连贯,不要孤立地做题,既体现语言内容的连贯性又有一定的区分度。

这样的命题强调在一定语境中语言的灵活、得体运用,要求教师在平时的教学中努力为学生创设真实的语境,引导学生不断使用所学词汇或句子结构,在实际运用中提升语言的综合运用能力。有助于改变以往教学中教师过分夸大记忆的作用、给语言知识贴标签的做法。

三、 注重思维激活 强调学习策略

试题在注重考查英语语言综合运用能力的同时,关注对学生综合能力的考查,尤其是学习能力、问题解决能力和思维品质的考查和提升,同时具有一定的开放性,为学生的终身发展提供了一定的空间。

首先,对学生学习能力和思维品质的考查渗透在听、读、写各项任务完成的过程中。学生在分析和解决问题的过程中,不仅需要用到基本的语言知识、语言技能和学习策略,还要具备一定的思维能力,对所获取的信息进行推断、概括、评价等深入分析和综合处理,在此基础上形成自己的观点。

如阅读理解题(见附表):

从上述表格不难看出,阅读理解主要考查考生对信息的查找、 筛选、 分析、 归纳、 总结的能力。 这种注重能力、 关注策略的命题方式较好地改变了阅读教学中一味以语法教学、词汇教学为主的做法,引导教师在阅读教学中不断训练学生获取信息、根据已知信息推断未知信息及综合信息的策略和能力。 同时,试卷在阅读篇章的选材方面也对学生的学习能力和思维能力进行了积极引导。第84和87题,学生需要在理解文段意义的基础上理解段落中句子与句子之间的关系,进行归纳总结后得出正确答案,此类任务的设置有利于引导学生在英语学习的过程中积极思考、提升分析问题和解决问题的能力;也有利于引导教师在教学中重视培养学生的学习能力和思维能力。阅读篇章的选材对学生的审辨式思维能力和辩证思维能力的发展都有着积极的引导作用,让学生在考试的过程中有所收获和成长。

再如,在书面表达题中考查考生的语言运用能力,力求通过真实有效的、有一定开放度

的语境设置,提升学生用英语做事的能力。这既能为学有余力的学生提供施展才华的空间,又能避免课堂教学中“以范文背诵替代英语写作”的现象。较好地反拨了英语写作教学中“以语法知识替代写作能力”和“唯语法规则为作文评分标准”的做法,对初中英语教学有很强的指导作用。

二)答题情况分析

一、小题分难度系数统计分析

今年是我市第二年中考阅卷采用网上阅卷系统,根据网评后所给出的试卷难度系数看,试题易中难度的比例约为7:2:1,试题难度符合初中毕业会考的要求。小题分难度系数小于0.5的题目数据统计如下:

1. 听力题

第8题要求考生识别收银台的人民币的图标,考生尤其是农村中学的考生可能在这方面

的生活体验少,第15小题要求考生在听的过程中对所获得的信息进行计算处理后,再给出正确答案;28题直接获取信息,只是中间加了一点干扰内容;29题take a long the river 转换成walk (move) along the river ;第30题直接获取信息,中间没有干扰内容。说明大部分考生听力方面在获取相关信息后进行再辨别、计算或转换的能力较弱,需要教师在平时的教学中加强这方面的针对性训练。

尤其是28、29、30小题的难度系数较小,但区分度却均在0.8以上,有较好的区分度,而30小题又是直接获取信息的,本是大部分考生最擅长的,也是最容易得分题,可能是28和29题难度的干扰,增加了30小题的难度,说明教师在平时的教学过程中,需要加强学生在听力过程中的情绪控制和心理素质的训练。

2.单项选择题

35小题考查一般现在时代替一般将来时的用法,36小题考查介词against的含义及其灵活运用,37小题考查动词短语的理解,英语中这类词汇很多,学生无法进行全部的记忆,即使记住了,也未必有用,尤其是动词+副词的短语,有的主要意义取决于动词,有的则取决于副词,需要教师在平时的教学中引导学生在进行词汇积累的同时,特别关注英语单词和习语的综合感知能力,帮助学生简化学习过程。

43题考查副词的意义及用法,44题考查形容词化的过去分词用法,这类词在英语中很常见,如:excited , interested , disappointed 等,为此,平时教学,要注重丰富学生的词汇积累,培养词感。

3.完形填空题

第54小题考查英语中最常见带有before的句型,即“过了... ...才(终于)... ...”,一般的英语词典中均可查得到;该题难度系数0.26,区分度0.1,偏度1.11;这样的数据一方面反映初中英语教学中的一些问题(缺乏给学生足够的语言体验和感悟),另一方面也反映命题过程中缺乏仔细斟酌和考虑。第62小题,考查考生读句群的能力,考生不能孤立地做题,要联系上下文。

4.阅读理解题

70小题考查英语中情态动词+完成时表“推测”的内容及考生的语用意识,81小题推理判断题,考生还需要进一步强化这类阅读题的思维训练,全面提高阅读效果。

5.单词拼写

92小题考查动词短语play a role/part in (在... ...起作用)及动词不定式作定语的句型理解,role “角色”只是其本意,命题设置可能会对学生答题有负面干扰。
