Recently short video clips have become more and more popular on social media platform(平台). But

on the number of views they get, short video clips should be positive and pass on correct values, says James, a socialist of

Princeton University.

Several years ago, some people predicted that short video clips would be the stars of the mobile internet. Especially since the main viewers are youngsters in their 20s, even teens. "If they view those clips every day, without any positive value, they might be led to the wrong direction. Short video clips should pass on correct values, " James added Luckily, the government has already taken measures to direct the short video clips,and some local schools have even made short video clips to educate teenagers not to break the law. Hopefully, the short video clip platforms will do their part in clearing up improper or illegal videos. How many faces do you keep in your memory? You may easily be able to list a few hundred faces that you'll recognize on sight. For the first time, researchers have discovered the number of faces that people remember; the findings come from a small study of 25 people aged 18 to 61 years old. The answer: 5,000 on average and up to 10,000.

In the study, the participants(参与者)were asked to make lists of people from their lives whose faces they could picture if they saw them in person. The scientists also asked them to tell famous people from thousands of photos. Those tested could recognize 5,000 faces on average as

Studies have also shown that abilities to recognize faces can be different between cultures, and face blindness may be higher when people are looking at faces of another race. Future research could examine whether age plays a part in

facial-recall ability or in the number of faces that we recognize, Rob Jenkins a psychologist at the University of York, said in public.

“ It will be interesting to see whether there is an age for the highest number of faces we know, Jenkins added. “Perhaps we gather faces throughout our lifetimes, or perhaps we start to forget some after we reach a certain age.”
