Making students grade teachers is a good thing, as it allows teachers to see their progress and be able to make their class more enjoyable for students. Teachers need to know how their students feel about their styles. It can develop a better environment for students to learn more and for teachers to teach in a way their students can understand better.

The only reason why this concept may not be added into the school system is that some students are not serious about grading their teachers. Some students may give better evaluations to teachers who are not strict with them. Others may not care about the concept at all. If that is the case, instead of grading their teachers, students can give them feedback. The feedback will help teachers to improve their teaching methods and develop different styles of teaching.
