1.动作要领：短跑的起跑采用蹲踞
式起跑动作，包括“各就位”、“预
备”、“跑”或（鸣枪）三个环节。
蹲踞式起跑的方法：
当听到“各就位”的口令后，双
手扶地两手虎口向前与肩同宽撑于
起跑线后。后膝跪地，前脚尖距起
跑线一脚半，后脚脚尖距前脚脚心
一脚半，两脚相距约15厘米；听到
预备的口令后，臀部慢慢抬起，并
稍高于肩，身体重心前移，两肩轴
线略过起跑线；听到“跑”或（鸣
枪）的口令时，双手迅速推离地面，
双脚用力蹬地，上体保持前倾，加
速前进，
动作要点：起跑反应快，起跑时各
环节的联接协调，后蹬有力。
2.学习各种姿势的起跑练习
1.面向跑的方向，做高抬腿，听到哨
音，迅速起跑。
2.背对起跑方向，原地起跳练习，听
到哨音后，迅速起跑。
3.正、背面原地蹲起，听到哨音后迅
速起跑
