一、工程概况 Brief Introduction of the Project

1、工程性质和作用

该工程为利雅得水泥厂石灰石预均化堆场,其功能是储存和运输石灰石,建筑工期:土建部分计划92天。质量要求:土建工程范围是按照业主提供的文件所进行的交钥匙模式施工,在施工的每一步都要业主的质量认可,达到业主的满意。

Nature of the Project and its function

The Project is the limestone preblending stockpile of Riyadh Cement Company whose function is to store and transport limestone, and the time limit for the foundation is 92 days. Quality requirements: The Civil Works

Scope is a Turnkey pattern executed as per the documentations offered by the Owner with each step to be approved by and to the satisfaction of the Owner.

2、建筑的结构特征

该工程主要由网架基础、堆取料机轨道基础和石灰石运输廊道组成,网架基础由40个钢筋混凝土基础组成的半径为56m的环形基础,基础之间用基础梁连接,供上部施工金属网架。堆取料机轨道基础是半径为51m的环型钢筋混凝土基础,基础底宽1.2m,高1.3m,设置8道混凝土后浇带以降低混凝土收缩应力,基础上部设计有预埋螺栓,用于堆取料机轨道的安装。石灰石运输廊道为本工程施工的重点,其主要部位是位于场内的箱体结构进料仓,外部结构尺寸;高11m,宽8m,长40.5m,壁厚1m,底标高-11m,局部-12m,因为是地下工程,施工时要考虑防水,防潮措施。

Structure Characteristic of the Construction

The Project consists of net frame foundation, stocking and reclaiming track foundation and limestone belt conveyor. The net frame foundation is made up of 40 reinforced concrete foundations. The foundations will be connected with beams. The foundation of stocking and reclaiming track is a round one of a semidiametre 51 m. The width of foundation is 1.2 m, length 1.3 m. 8 concrete rear casting belts are installed to reduce the contraction stress of the concrete. Pre-embedded anchor bolt is installed on the upper part of the foundation. The limestone conveyor is the highlight of the project, with the bin as its main part, the dimension of which is as follows: height 11m, width 8m length 40.5m, thickness 1m,

bottom elevation 11m, part 12m . Water proofing and moisture proofing should be taken into consideration since it is an underground project.

二、施工目标 Objective of the Construction

1、工期目标

计划2005年8月25日开工,2005年11月25日结束,工期92天。

The Construction begins on Aug 25, 2005 and will finish on Nov 25,2005 with the period of 92 days.

2、质量目标

确保优质工程,达到业主工程师满意。

Goals of Quality

Quality is to be of superior and to the satisfaction of the Owner’s engineer.

3、安全生产目标

坚持:“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,保证一般事故率小于0.15%,工亡率为0,在施工期间杜绝一切重大安全事故。

Objective of Safety

Safety and precaution from accidents will always be put in the first place.

Common accident rate will be controlled within 0.15% and death rate 0%.

Any major safety accident will be shunned.

4、文明施工和环保目标

强化施工现场科学管理,满足现场环保要求,达到业主工程师满意。

Pursuit of order and environmental protection

It is our goal to reinforce the scientific management of the site construction,

to meet with the environmental protection requirements and to make our Owner and Engineer satisfactory.

5、服务目标

建造业主满意工程。

三、管理组织机构

本工程根据其特点,在现场成立项目经理部,实施总承包管理模式,由项目经理、项目总工程师、项目经济师组成,负责对工程的领导、决策、指挥、协调、控制等事宜,对工程的进度、成本、质量、安全和现场文明施工等负全部责任。

Administration

By virtue of the characteristic of this project, the business pattern of General Contracting is brought into effect and the Project Management Department is to be established on the Site which is made up of Project Manager, Project Chief Engineer and Project Economist, who are responsible for the leading, decision-making, superintending, coordinating and controlling of the project, and who are also in full charge of the procedure, cost, quality, safety and orderly execution of the project.

四、施工方案

1、土方工程

1-1、室外自然地坪平整后-0.2m,网架基础土方挖深为1.1m,堆取料机轨道基础土方挖深0.6m,采用机械破碎挖土,如遇回填土石方,需继续挖至原土层,石灰石运输廊道基础挖深11m,土方开挖前,先爆破,后采用反铲分两层开挖,边坡坡度根据岩石性质,层理特性和挖方深度确定,一般为1:0.35—1:1.5,基底根据构筑物尺寸每边留置不少于1m的工作面,挖出的土方用自卸汽车运至场外,并平整好场地。

1-2、土方回填采用铲运机运土分层回填,每层回填厚度不大于30cm,用蛙式打夯机夯实,并夯实后达到干燥时的密度的确90%,上表面用振动压实机压实地表。

Refilling is done by carry scraper and the refilling is done by layers, each layer the thickness is less than 30cm. and the frog hammer is used for tamping. And the density when being dry is 90%, vibrating compactor is used to compact the soil surface.

2、网架基础和堆取料机基础工程施工方法

Net frame foundation and reclaimer foundation construction

2-1、基础摸板利用多层胶合板、木支撑,棱角用小木方制成45度角,棱角直角边

长20mm,支撑方式如下图:

which is shown by the following diagram:

2-2、堆取料机基础螺栓可采用预留孔洞或沟槽,后栽螺栓的方式施工,保证螺栓的位置准确,后灌注的混凝土掺加膨胀剂,膨胀剂的使用参照使用说明书,

并经业主工程师确认后施工。

3、石灰石运输廊道工程施工;

Limestone conveyor corridor construction

3-1、施工步骤;从进料仓开始以设计的变形缝划分,分四个施工段,进行流水施工。

3-2、模板工程施工方法;

模板采用18mm厚木质胶合板,50×100(mm)松木方制作,木楞间距300mm,用φ48×3.5

钢管做支架固定,参见“墙体模板施工图”施工,通廊内侧用φ48×3.5钢管架设满堂脚手架,外侧架设双排脚手架,脚手架同时当作钢支架支撑模板,脚手架横杆和立杆的间距均设为600mm,保证模板支撑强度和刚度,双排脚手架外侧与基坑壁靠紧,使其不会因混凝土侧压力产生横向变形,保证混凝土墙壁的截面尺寸,模板内可用木方支撑,待混凝土浇注到此位置时将其取出。

Mould board will be 18mm thick 50x100(mm) pine wook cubes, and the distance between wooden cubes will be 300mm, and fixed with frame of steel tubes ofφ48×3.5, see the “Drawings of Wall Mould Board”. The inner place of corridor will be filled with scaffold, and the outer place will be installed with two roll scaffold, and the scaffold will be used at the same time as supporter to support the board. The distance is 600mm to guarantee the strength and severity. The two roll scaffold will be close to the pit side to avoid deformation.

以上模板支撑方案适用于地下部分,有基坑壁支护的位置。地上部分廊道的墙体模板采用φ14对拉螺栓固定,间距600mm,每侧用两根50×100(mm)木方做横楞,横楞间距600mm。

3-3、钢筋工程施工 Reinforced bars

⑴、钢筋加工,现场设置一台钢筋切断机,一台钢筋弯曲机,二台电焊机,一台

钢筋调直机,一处钢筋制作棚。钢筋质量需经业主工程师确认合格后加工制做。

One set of bar cutter, one set of bar bender, two sets of welder and one set of bar straighter. And erect a shed for the work. The quality of the bars should require the Owner’s approval.

⑵、钢筋安装:水平设置纵向钢筋连接采用单面搭接焊,搭接长度10倍钢筋直径,

竖向钢筋采用电渣压力焊,接槎相互错开,距离为钢筋直径的35d以上,底板上排钢筋用铁马登架起,间距1.5m,侧壁双排钢筋间用φ10拉筋固定间距。侧壁竖向钢筋长度大于6m的采取在底板处设置插筋,后焊接上部钢筋的方式施工。

插筋留设方式参见标准图集,并经业主工程师确认后施工。

3-4、混凝土工程 Concrete Project

⑴、混凝土等级B25,提供混凝土用的砂、石、水泥试验后经业主工程师认可,

由试验确定混凝土配合比,该工程混凝土采用罐车运输,混凝土泵送浇筑,

要求混凝土初凝时间不少于3小时,保证连续浇筑。

Concrete grade B25, the sand, stones, cement should be tested and approved by Owner’s Engineer. Trial mix cube is to be tested. The concrete is transported by transport mixer, and conveyed by pump. Initial setting time is not less than 3 hours, and continuous casting is required.

混凝土浇筑施工缝的布置,该工程按设计变形缝分四个流水段施工,每一施工段底板与墙面之间设置一道施工缝,施工缝距底板上表面300mm高,施工缝制作成齿形防水带,如图所示,侧壁与顶梁板浇注时,在侧壁浇筑完毕后停歇1-1.5小时,使混凝土获得初步沉实后在继续浇筑,以防止接缝处出

⑷、混凝土浇筑顺序,底板混凝土浇筑应从一侧开始纵向连续浇筑,侧壁混凝土

分层连续浇筑每层300-400高,并且在下层混凝土初凝之前浇筑上一层混凝土。

4-4、混凝土养护 concrete curing

混凝土用混凝土养护液养护和浇水湿润的方式进行养护。The concrete is cured with chemical liquid and water curing.

五、施工准备计划 Preparation of construction

1、供水和供电:

现场施工用水主要考虑木模板湿润、混凝土养护、土方压实等工程施工使用,配备60立方米水箱满足施工用水。

施工用电采用自备发电机组,供电量450KW,满足该工程的施工临时用电。

Power supply and water supply

60 cubic meter water tank should be prepared for the use of water on the

site, mainly for moisture of wooden board, curing of concrete and compressing of soil.

Power supply: generator, capacity 450KW, to meet with the requirement on the site.

2、场内道路 Road on the site

现场临时道路,场地平整已施工完,符合施工要求。

Leveling and profiling of road has been finished.

3、房屋设施 housing

现场利用一间原有的房屋修建后作为现场办公、休息、小型材料、机具储备等用房。

To use the existing house for office, rest, and storeroom of materials, and small equipments.

4、现场劳动力组织 labour allocation

4-1、以工程处为主,组建一个综合性施工队伍,在结构施工阶段,组成木模、钢筋、混凝土三个专业班组,设木工工长两人,钢筋工长二人,混凝土工长两人。

Three groups will be established: wood moulding, reinforced bar and concrete, with two chiefs for each group.

4-2、现场劳动组织需求量:结构施工阶段,木工20人,钢筋工15人,混凝土工12人,其他工种5人。

Labours needed: 20 carpenters, 15 bar labors, 12 concrete labors, and 5 of other labors.

六、施工进度计划progress

在保证施工质量的前提下,实行快速流水作业,做好本工程施工进度计划。

1、廊道工程在平面上划分为四个施工流水段,施工网络计划如图:

机轨道基础计划工期40天。

施工进度计划见附表。

七、施工质量保证措施 Measures of Quality Guarantee

1、加强技术管理,认真贯彻各项技术管理制度,开工前要落实各级人员岗位责任

制,做好技术交底,施工中要认真检查执行情况,开展全面质量管理活动,根

据工序报验程序,及时报请咨询工程师审核。

We are to enhance the technical management, earnestly carry through each technical and management regulation. Expressly stipulate the responsibility of each posting and well manage the shift, examine thoroughly during the execution and report to the Consultants for their approval.

2、认真进行原材料检验,钢材和水泥等材料,必须提供质量保证书,并按规定做好

抽验,各种强度等级的混凝土,要认真确定设计配合比,规定减水剂掺量,按规定制作试块。

Steels, cement and all other raw materials should be well tested before access into the site and their quality certificate and random test are required according to relevant stipulations. Trial mix cubes should be

made for various grades of concrete.

3、加强材料管理,建立工料消耗台帐,实行“当日记载,月底结帐”制度,钢筋工

程采用现场集中配料,冷拉和对焊措施,降低钢材损耗。

Establish account book for raw materials and claims for the same are to be journalized every day .

4、严格控制标高和垂直度,用经纬仪把轴线、边线投到基础底面,并做好控制点,

外模安装必须用线锤和经纬仪双重检查,模板安装完毕后,须经质量检验人员验收合格后,报业主工程师批准后进行下道工序施工。

Strictly control elevation and vertical.

5、加强工序间配合,在结构施工中,水、电等工种,应与其密切配合,设专人检查

预留孔洞,埋件等的位置。

All the relevant sections should have good cooperation such as water supply and power supply.

八、施工安全保证措施

1、超过3m深的基坑,土石方开挖完成后,距基坑1.2m处和出入口设置一道高

0.9m的护栏,施工用机具材料不准存放在护栏内,非本专业施工人员不准随

便进入工作区。

A 0.9m railing is to be erected around pits which are more than 3m deep,

and any tools or materials are forbidden within the railing, and only

workers of the pit shall be permitted into the railing.

2、加强放火工作,现场设置灭火装置和灭火器具。

Fire hydrant and fire extinguisher are to be placed on the site.

3、做好安全生产教育和职工安全素质培养,做好分部分项作业时的安全交底工作,

施工班组每天召开班前会,对工人进行针对性安全教育,新工人未经教育不得上岗。

Do the safety training, hold a short meeting about safety every morning, discuss and solve existing safety problems. New workers must have a safety training before working on the site.

专业工长在分项工程施工前,以书面形式向班长交底,在涉及重大安全问题时,

召集全体操作人员现场交底,并且全员签字。

Written delivery receipt is a must in shifting, and signatures of all are required for safety cases.

4、加强机械设备接地,建筑物及设备的避雷装置和其他安全限位的管理和整改。

Earthing of equipment is strictly requested. And lightening conductor is also required.

5、机械操作人员,特殊工种必须经过培训,持证上岗上班,非操作人员不准动用

机电设备。

Machine operators must have a training before operating.

九、文明施工管理措施 orderly execution of the construction

1、现场成立文明施工领导小组,由项目经理负责现场文明施工,以创文明施工样

板工程为奋斗目标。

Specific department is to be established for the orderly execution and it is our tenet to establish the system to keep a orderly and proper

execution for the construction.

2、现场布置按计划安排,建筑材料堆放整齐,构件材料分门别类,道路通畅,临

时设施整齐有序,垃圾及时清扫,做到随做随清,现场内无施工垃圾,文明整

洁。

Keep the site clean and tidy, categorize all the materials and spare parts. Make the roads always accessible, temporary buildings neat,

construction waste cleared in time.
