一、说教材

我说课的内容是PEP小学英语五年级上学期Unit 5 Part B的第一课时，包括Let’s learn和Let’s find out两部分。

1．教学内容

第五单元的教学内容都是围绕“房间”这个主题展开的。本节课为新授课，它是第五单元Part B的第一课时。在三年级时，我们已学习了on, in ,under,且经过两年的学习，学生对这三个单词掌握还不是很好，但是其余的方位词较少接触，且容易混淆，所以应占有较重的比例。针对这些方位词，对房间等其他地方进行描述，且能使用句型“ Where is …?”“It’s….”,在真实的情境中熟练问答。

2．教学目标

英语课程标准指出，基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。而综合语言运用能力又以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面的综合素养为基础。基于以上认识，对教学内容的分析以及本教材的特点，我将教学目标确定为：

（1）知识目标：

能听、说、读、写单词：in, on, under, behind, near。

(2) 能力目标：

能够听说认读单词：over, in front of和句子“Where is …?It’s….”，并能在一定情景中正确运用。

（3）情感目标：

培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，提高学生的口语表达能力和交际能力。

培养学生热爱劳动，勤做家务的良好习惯

3.教学重、难点：

依据以上对教学内容和教学目标的分析以及小学生的认识规律和英汉语言差异，我认为本课时的教学重点就是有关方位的五个单词的认读，并能熟练运用句型

Where is…It’s…难点是熟练掌握七个方位介词的用法，特别是“in front of”。

二．说教学方法：

在新授阶段，我主要借助多媒体辅助法、实物教学法来呈现材料，激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲；在操练阶段，我运用观察法，多媒体辅助法等，开展任务型活动，来巩固知识，发展学生的语言实践能力，培养学生的创新精神。

三．说教学过程

1. 热身阶段：复习旧知，引出新知

出示一张房间的图片，与学生问答，谈论有关房间的内容。

What can you see in the room? ( What’s it like?)

I can see…

2．新授阶段：

（1）由图片上的盒子引出实物盒子，

“ Look, there is a box. Can you guess what’s in it?”学生猜，然后打开盒子，出示乒乓球，教师描述说“ There is a pingpong ball in the box.”教学in，并用简笔画表示。然后请学生用in做词组，教师先说些句子让学生听，然后让学生学着组句。（从猜到打开再到教学最后巩固，这是一个非常自然的过程，学生在看、想、说、编的过程中真正理解了单词的含义，且注重单词与句子的联系，句不离词，词不离句。）（2）把球放在盒子的上面，并问“Where is the ball?”,让学生对此进行回答。

“It’s on the box.”板书on，并组词，造句。

（3）用同样的方式教学 under, near, behind,

(4) 注重 in front of , over 的教学。从球放的位置来教学这两个单词，且能够区分on 和over. Behind 和in front of

3. 操练阶段: 以游戏为方式，突破难点，

A）比反应

课件出示四对单词，教师与一学生先示范，然后学生操练，并展示。

On – under in – near behind- in front of over-over

即一生说前者，另一生说后者，以次类推，关键是看学生的反应能力。

B．比画画

在教学单词时，教师已画了in的简笔画，而其余几个则只有单词，所以在这个环节，就让学生通过过单词的理解，画出简笔画。在画的过程中，也是对空间感的渗透。完成以后，让学生用双手来表示球和盒子，并同桌问答。“Where is …?”“It’s…”

C) 比记忆

课件呈现一个房间，让学生进行描述。There is / are… in/ on/ under…然后图片消失，凭着记忆，同桌之间问答。Where is…?It’s…再出现图片，师生简单问答。D）比勤劳

出现一张不整洁的房间，很多东西乱放，让学生帮助小主人整理房间。使用句型

Put the…in/on/under…最后呈现干净整洁的房间，教育学生热爱劳动，多做家务。

4. 拓展与延伸

学习语言的最终目的在于交际。课堂的终点在哪里？如果有，我想应该在生活中。因此，在课堂教学的最后环节时，我设计了这样一个活动。随意拿出一张图片，让学生进行问答，再相互合作，摆出一副情境图，让其他学生来描述。

5．愉快结束

播放歌曲“ My small bedroom”，让学生再次一起学唱，把学生带入家的意境，能很好地培养学生对家的热爱。在愉快而又温馨的氛围中结束本堂课。

四．说板书设计

这节课的板书我是在新授与巩固两个环节中一起进行的。包括单词与句子，以及学生的简笔画。与学生一起完成板书，师生同乐，把整堂课的主要内容进行了再次呈现，既简洁又明了，较好地体现了课堂的整体性。
