分析中小城镇社区卫生服务存在的问题与对策

摘要：几年来，我国的社区卫生服务有了一定的发展，但是在中小城镇社区卫生服务中仍存在着城镇社区卫生服务没有完善的评价标准，对社区服务没有一个正确的认识，以及定位不合理等问题。文章对于中小城镇社区服务中存在的问题，提出了解决措施，希望能够为中小城镇社区卫生服务事业的发展提供一点参考的价值。

Abstract: in recent years, China's community health service has a certain development, but in small town community health service still exist in the urban community health service is not perfect evaluation standard, not a correct understanding of community service, and positioning unreasonable wait for a problem. The existence of small and medium-sized urban community service in question, proposed the solution measure, hope to provide a reference for the development of small and medium-sized urban community health service value.

近几年来，城市社区卫生服务行业有了一定的进步与发展，且发展态势良好。社区卫生服务行业的服务面在不断地扩大，卫生服务队伍建设以及服务能力均得到了进步与发展。但是中小城镇社区卫生服务中还存在一定的问题。本文介绍了中小城镇社区卫生服务中存在的不足，并提出了解决对策。

中小城镇社区卫生服务中存在的问题

（一）没有完善的评价标准。城镇社区卫生服务的水平的高低看的不是门诊量和治好率，而为转变城镇居民的不好的生活习惯，令他们的卫生保健意识有所提高。开展家庭病房，实行计划生育以及生殖保健的引导，令疾病控制走入中小城镇社区，令慢性病的预防与治疗逐渐朝规范化以及系统化发展。减少传染性的发生率和孕妇的死亡率以及婴儿的死亡率等，促使居民的期望寿命得以提高。

但是现阶段的城镇社区卫生服务，并未将社区服务作为政府推行公益性事业的具体表现，反而把它当成为获得经济利润的工具。因此出现了较多的经济投入，却是很少的效益产出，很
