曲美他嗪与美托洛尔联合用于冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及安全性评价

【摘要】目的：探讨冠心病心力衰竭患者实施曲美他嗪与美托洛尔联合用药的治疗疗效

及安全性。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年6月笔者所在科室收治的120例冠心病心力衰竭患者进行回顾性分析，根据患者用药类型将患者分为美托洛尔组（n=60）和联合组（n=60），美托洛尔组采取单用美托洛尔治疗，联合组实施曲美他嗪与美托洛尔联合用药，分析总结两种用药类型下患者治疗效果、心功能、血流动力学及用药安全性状况。结果：联合组患者治疗总有效率明显高于美托洛尔组，比较差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Method： From June 2016 to June 2017，120 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into metoprolol group（n=60） and combination group（n=60） according to the type of drug use.The Metoprolol group was treated with metoprolol alone，and the combination group was treated with Trimetazidine and Metoprolol.The results of treatment，heart function，hemodynamics，and medication safety were analyzed and summarized under the two types of medications.Result：The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the metoprolol group， and the difference was statistically significant （P
