【摘要】In the past, distribution network planning, often there will be all kinds of problems, and these problems with network planning is the main reason our people can’t meet the demand for electricity. To better meet the country’s electricity needs, we need to discuss how the new situation in the planning and design work to do with the network.%在以往的配网规划工作中，往往会出现各种问题，而这些问题正是配网规划无法满足我国人民电力需求的主要原因。要更好地满足我国的电力需求，就需要讨论在新形势下如何做好配网的规划和设计工作。
