2012年中考模拟考试阅卷通知

各中学、九年制学校：

榆林市教育局定于4月14日至4月15日进行全市中考模拟考试，靖边考区的考试由招生办组织，阅卷工作由教研室负责，实行网上阅卷。请各学校根据“榆林市中考网上阅卷考生答题须知”做好监考培训和考生“答题须知”培训工作，保证阅卷顺利进行。

榆林市中考网上阅卷考生答题须知

(一)所有试题必须在答题卡上规定的位置作答，书写在答题卡规定区域以外以及试卷、草稿纸上的答案无效。

(二)考生领到答题卡后，要认真检查答题卡的印刷质量，如发现字迹模糊、行列歪斜、正反面印刷方向倒置、缺印等印刷缺陷现象，应立即举手报告。检查无误后，使用0.5毫米黑色墨水签字笔在规定的栏目内填写姓名及准考证号。

(三)条形码由监考员粘贴。贴好后，考生要认真核对条形码上的姓名、准考证号是否与自己填写的相同，如有错误立即报告。

(四)考生领到试卷后，须使用28铅笔填涂答题卡上与试卷对应的“试卷类型”信息点。

(五)选择题必须使用2B铅笔填涂对应信息选点，改错时应使用塑料橡皮轻擦干净，切不可擦破答题卡。

(六)非选择题必须使用0.5毫米黑色墨水签字笔在各题对应的答题位置内书写(作图题可先用铅笔绘图，确定后，再用0.5毫米黑色墨水签字笔描写清楚)。改错时应将错误内容划去，然后在划去内容下方

或上方写出新的答案，严禁超出本题答题区域答题或自行更改题号顺序，违反者该题答案无效。

(七)保持卡面整洁，不得折叠、污染、穿孔或撕破等，严禁在条形码和定位点(黑方块)周围涂写或做标记，严禁考生自行涂黑“缺考标记”信息点。
