高等学校办学特色的主要问题\根源及对策研究

摘要:分析了当前我国普通高等学校办学特色建设的现状特点及存在的问题,并揭示了问题产生的主要根源。然后,对高校学校办学特色的相关理论进行了剖析,根据办学特色建设存在的问题及其根源,提出了加强我国普通高等学校办学特色建设的若干对策。

Research on main questions, essential reasons, and suggestions about School-running Characteristics of Universities and Colleges

Abstract:Based on the analyses of the current situation and problems of school-running characteristics in China’s universities and colleges,the paper explains the main reasons of the problems. Then,the paper analyses the relevant theories about school-running characteristics of higher education, which includes the connotation, the basic characters, main contents and forming process of school-running characteristics. Lastly according to the analyses of problems and reasons as well as with reference to foreign experiences of school-running characteristics,the paper puts forward some advisable suggestions to strengthen school-running characteristics.

1 前言

随着我国高等教育改革的进一步深入,高校的办学特色已经成为各高等学校、教育行政管理部门关注的热点和焦点问题。自1999年高校扩招以来,我国大学生人数剧增,近年来高校毕业生每年有400多万人,大学生就业面临严峻挑战,高等学校走办学特色之路,是生存之路、发展之路[1]。特色是高等学校的生命线,是高等学校适应社会经济发展与高等学校自身发展的必然选择。进一步研究高等学校办学特色,分析高校在办学特色认识和实践中的问题,科学地培育和凝练办学特色,对于高校的健康发展乃至整个高等教育系统的健康发展都具有重要的意义。
