《最新英语高考改革方案》

据了解，《2017年高考改革方案》已于7月8号正式颁布。

这份全新的高考改革方案，对例如英语是否将退出高考等问题都做了详细规定。

全国高考改革方案初定为考语数外三门(注：指全国卷，下同)，外语一年两考，再让学生选考三门，按五级制评价。

高考改革方案具体如下：

1、高考命题杜绝繁难偏旧，基本以2013年的试题难度为标准;

2、2016年，英语将正式退出新高考(也就是6月7、8两天将没有英语考试)，但是学生的会考成绩计入高考总分(a等100分，b等85分，c等70分)，学生可以多次报考会考，最终以最好成绩为准;

3、在2016年之前，高考英语分值逐年降低：2015年，英语120分，相应的，语文将提高到180分;2016年，英语100分(会考)，语文提高到200分;

4、除了少数民族加分政策以外，其它加分政策都将取消;

5、志愿填报也有微调：考前填报，但从明年开始执行平行志愿，第一志愿可以同时报2个，第二志愿可以同时报3个。

2017年英语分降语文分增，2016年，高考文史类、理工类总分均为750分。

语文(文理同卷)180分，数学(文)150分，数学(理)150分，文科综合320分，理科综合320分。

英语文理同卷，实行社会化考试，一年两次考试，学生可多次参加。

英语满分100分。

据了解，语文学科要加强对中华民族优秀传统文化的考查，充分体现语文的基础性和作为母语学科的重要地位，注重考查内容与社会生活实践的联系;发挥语文学习促进学生逻辑思维能力发展的重要作用，鼓励学生独立思考和个性发展。

分值将由150分提高到180分。

数学学科要注重基本的数学能力、数学素养和学习潜能的考查，强调通性通法，注意数学应用，考查学生分析、解决综合问题的能力。

考试分值仍然为150分。

英语学科要突出语言的实际应用，回归到学科应有的位置上，突出基础知识、基本能力及课标的基本要求，降低英语学科分数在高考招生中的权重。

考试分值由150分降低到100分。

实行社会化考试，一年两次考试，学生可多次参加，按最好成绩计入高考总分，成绩三年内有效。

政策解读

1、取消一本线，保留本科线。

各大院校会设置自己的专业线，好高校，好专业的竞争变得尤为激烈。

2、文理不分科会导致试卷难度上升，对善于文科的学生不利，善于理科的同学扩大了竞争优势。

3、明面上，英语不再统一在高三进行统考，其竞争变得更加残酷。

名校对于英语成绩有要求，这就促使你不断提高成绩。

改革前如果你的英语成绩不够好，可以通过优势学科拉分。

改革后，英语成绩不够好，甚至可能失去进入名校的资格。

4、三科等级考的存在，使得没门学科都要均衡发展。

准确定位英语

1、高考改革后，英语实行社会化考试，一年两考，三年六考。

考生可多次参加，取最高成绩。

这就意味着考生如果能在自己英语水平最好的时候(中考后)把握时机，在高一就能尽早考出最好成绩，那么就可以在接下来的时间里拿更多的时间来进行其他科目的学习。

2、英语课程需要我们科学合理的规划。

在高一想去的英语社会化考试的最高分，需要在初中做好充足的准备，做好初中三年英语的整体科学规划显得尤为重要。

力争在初中三年夯实英语基础，一举决胜中考进名校，摘取英语高考最高分，两全其美。

3、英语将一年两考、三年六考，学生的会考成绩计入考高总分(a等100分，b等85分，c等70分)，学生可以多次报考会考，最终以最好成绩为准。

1、遵循孩子语言发展规律，从英语的“听说”到“读写”。

夯实英语基础。

2、抓住孩子的语言敏感期，明确每个阶段必须掌握的技能，每个阶段的问题不推后解决。

4、重点培养孩子们的即兴表达、即兴演讲及事物描述能力。

如何明确每个阶段必须掌握的技能?

3-6岁

3-6岁为语言敏感期，需要重点解决英语听、说、读的能力，因此需要具备以下技能：

1、优秀的英语思维(英文的自然表达)。

2、句型表达能力的培养。

3、优秀英文绘本的阅读及看图说话，具备简单绘本的阅读能力。

4、故事表达，简单的英文演讲能力。

小学低年级段(1-2年级)

该阶段继续强化听、说、读的能力，并开始用一句话日记及看图写作，开始系统训练孩子写作能力。

1、单词拼读能力及相关级别绘本阅读能力。

2、英语思维的继续强化。

3、从一句话日记过渡到看图写话，为中、高年级及初中打好基础。

4、大量的英语绘本阅读，积累词汇、强化英语思维及表达能力。

5、通过有趣的教学形式，开始接触语法框架。

小学中、高年级段(3-4年级、5-6年级)

该阶段的学生，需要强化单词的听写能力、开始系统的学习语法知识并并运用在自己的写作中，因此除了掌握以上低年级段的全部技能以外，要开始大量练习语法知识并开始真正意义上的英文文章写作，同时不断积累高频词汇，按时按量阅读，扩大视野和知识量。

初中阶段

幼儿及小学阶段的技能分阶段掌握到位后，初中阶段的重点在于阅读与写作的系统训练、语法系统掌握并运用、英语口语表达(打开话题，并对社会热点的描述及评论)。
