2010年全国国际商务英语考试（二级）将于11月20日（星期六）举行。望各考试点和培训中心按照中国国际贸易学会的有关通知要求严谨有序地做好本次考试的报名工作。现将本次考试的报名工作中的有关要点通知如下：

一、接受咨询，指导考生通过网上报名系统报名

1.报名时间：2010年9月1日至10月18日。

2.报考科目和费用：

（1）参加本次考试的考生须报考两科（从2010年开始单科成绩不再保留），考试费为人民币200元（包括笔试和口试），不收报名费；

（2）参加了2009年12月份考试且一科未通过的考生可在本次考试中报考单科，考试费为人民币100元，不收报名费。

3.报名方式：

（1）考生网上报名（；

（2）各考试点也可以通过网上后台管理系统为考生报考。

二、组织培训，指导考生备考

1.组织获得培训师资格的教师开展考生培训工作，指导考生备考。

2.帮助考生订购指定的考试专用教材（征订单见附件）。

三、认真准备，按时完成现场确认报名工作

1.现场确认和缴费时间为2010年9月1日至10月18日。

2.要求考生出示本人有效身份证明原件，注意核实考生身份，防止冒名报考。

3.收回考生的报名表并存档备查。务必提醒考生核对信息。

4.要求考生提交近期免冠2寸蓝底彩色证件照2张（照片背后请写上姓名和身份证号）。

5.向考生收取考试费。

四、按时向考试中心提交考生材料和汇缴考试费用

1.在后台管理系统中“打印确认考生名单”，核对信息无误后签字、盖章。

2.确认照片背面写上姓名和身份证号，按照“打印确认考生名单”的先后顺序排好，捆扎结实。

3.于2010年10月25日前将“打印确认考生名单”和相片用特快专递方式寄往考试中心。
