浅析四川石化炼化一体化工程EPC总承包的管理摘要：我国在水电、建筑、石化、石油等行业相继采用了 epc 总承包模式。通过实施，在管理上采用一些国际先进的管理模式和方法，取得了一定的成效。但我国的工程总承包公司，一般情况下是由设计单位改建而成的，与国外一流的工程总承包公司相比，在组织机构、人员素质、管理方法和管理水平上还存在一定差距，因此，本文以四川石化炼化一体化工程为例，对epc总承包的管理进行了研究。
