大家好!今天我演讲的题目是《我自信、我成功》。
老师们、同学们，成功是我们每个人的梦想，但成功不是说出来的，不是高喊“我要成功”你就能成功的，成功是一种坚持后的登高望远!然而自信，是战胜困难的利剑;自信，是到达理想彼岸的小船;自信，是走向成功的垫脚石。一个人只要拥有了自信，就意味着向成功迈出了第一步。记得在20XX年的7月份，我参加了瓮安县的教师招考，我落榜了，一直自信的我迷惑了，气馁了，当时我也曾想放弃过，可我的亲人和朋友们都安慰我说：“别灰心，要相你信自己，你一定能行的，一定能成功的，这次没考上，没关系，下次再来吧”。是啊，我才考一次，怎么能灰心呢?于是我就开始四处去参加招考，虽然每次都以失败而告终，但我随时都对自己说：“我一定行，一定能成功，争取下次一定考上”。
终于在20XX年的7月份，我考上了，在9月份我站在了三尺讲台，成为了一名光荣的人民教师。
这些经历让我明白：我成功的取得，源于自信给我的勇气和力量。自信使我渡过一个又一个的难关。但“自”信的关键在于我们自己，如果你总认为自己不行，那么你是无法得到自信的，更不可能成功的，自信的秘密是相信我们自己有能力，相信“天生我才必有用”，我们每个人只要对自己充满自信心，就能战胜种种困难而获得成功。

大家好，今天我要演讲的题目是《自信》。
罗丹说：“生活很美好，只是你缺少发现美的眼睛。”同样，我想说：“也许自己很出色，只是缺乏为自己点赞的勇气。”在此，我要拾起勇气，大胆地为自己点赞。
教室外阳光异常强烈，教室内闷热的空气压抑着，底下一片寂静，几百神态各异的眼睛，或期待，或鄙夷，或鼓励，像一个个鼓槌敲击着我收缩的心。
我故作镇定地坐上主席台，双眼望着前方，僵硬的身体动弹不得，好像一碰就要散架。沉闷的声音回旋在压抑的空气中，越来越小，当余音消失的时候，台下一片沉寂，“会不会是我主持地不够好?他们是不是不满意?台下的同学为什么都不作声?糟了糟了，彻底搞砸了!”我的心里紧张极了，头上急出了冷汗，眼睛只能呆滞地望向远方。忽然，一片雷鸣般的掌声回荡在耳边，是鼓励，是赞同。我兴奋极了，原来我主持得很好，我紧张的心稍放松了。接下来的主持中，我势如破竹，如鱼得水，在大家的赞声中结束了主持。

那天，街上的大树，像病了似的，无精打采地低垂着;树上的叶子布满了灰尘。大地吝惜它的一丝风，不愿带给人们丝毫清凉。我坐在大门旁，还端着一碗热气腾腾的紫薯饭，热气笼罩着我，额头上直滴汗水。突然，不知哪家的小狗从巷子里冒出来，还向我走过来，它那澄澈的目光直勾勾地盯着我的米饭。我走向它，它害怕地后缩了几步，随即又饥渴地扑向我的米饭，我有点儿受不了它的灼灼目光。我将饭一点点挑出来，放在地上，小狗眼里闪出兴奋的光，一跃扑上来，将米饭一扫而光，又露出了它那使人哀怜的眼神，直到把我的盘中餐全部扫光。最后我放下空空如也的碗，又将它抱到池塘边，让它喝足后微笑着离开了，我的心里也美滋滋的。
