水利工程现场质量监理的有效策略分析

摘 ;要：现代社会经济的不断发展对我国水利工程建设提出了更高的要求，在开展具体工作过程中，相关单位必须对其施工现场进行严格有效的质量监理，确保能够科学保障整体工程质量。为了对其工程质量监理工作具有更为全面的认识，文章首先分析质量监理及其在水利工程建设过程中的应用价值，然后以此为基础，分别从法人责任制，重视工程监理，施工前期监理，施工过程监理，工程验收五个方面综合探究质量监理具体策略，希望能够为其相关人员具体工作提供更为丰富的理论依据，确保在水利工程建设过程中可以严格监管整体施工过程，进而确保有效提升整体工程建设质量。

Abstract： The continuous development of modern social economy has put forward higher requirements for the construction of water conservancy projects in our country. In the process of carrying out specific work， the relevant units must carry out strict and effective quality supervision on the construction site to ensure that the overall project quality can be scientifically guaranteed. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of its engineering quality supervision， this paper first analyzes the quality supervision and its application value in the process of water conservancy project construction， and then takes this as the basis to comprehensively explore the specific strategies of quality supervision from five aspects： legal person responsibility system， attaching importance to engineering supervision， pre-construction supervision， construction process supervision and project acceptance. It is hoped that it can provide a richer theoretical basis for the specific work of its related personnel， and ensure that the overall construction process can be strictly supervised in the process of water conservancy project construction， so as to effectively improve the overall project construction quality.
