高考英语改革新方案:2014年高考英语拟再

降难度

市委常委、教工委书记苟仲文代表在参加延庆团审议时透露,2015年高考对英语单词量的要求还要再下降,降回到2000余个的水平。

记者上午获悉,本市还将通过降低考试难度,减轻学生的负担。“降低难度,并不是把标准降低了,而是过去的难度太超标了。”苟仲文代表表示,如果难度不降,学生们一直处于超前学习的状态,学习负担过重。

本市将逐步降低考试难度。以英语为例,2007年,高考对英语单词量的要求是2600个,之后上涨至3500个。2014年高考英语单词量将减至3000余个。“2015年还要再下降,降回到2000余个的水平。”苟仲文代表透露。

同时,“促进义务教育优质均衡发展”再入政府工作报告。如何促进“均衡”,扩大优质教育资源的覆盖范围,抑制“择校热”,成为代表们关注的热点话题。苟仲文代表透露,推动优秀教师流动是促进“均衡”的重要措施,目前本市正在制定促进教师流动的方案。

根据教育部考试招生改革总体方案,北京拟对2014年高考命题进行调整,英语试卷在2013年的基础上进一步降低难度。

这在两方面变化明显:词汇量方面,重点考查词汇在3480个的基础上减少了400-500个,考试说明中的考查词汇上限为

3080个;作文方面,去掉了开放作文,但仍保持两篇作文,分值不变。第一篇为用英语做事情(15分),考查方向为重实用、交际、基础。第二篇定位为用英语记事(20分),考查形式参照原来的情景作文。

对于这样的调整,部分高三学生和家长表示,虽然考试的难度降低了,但担心会影响考试时的发挥。那么,这样去掉开放性英语作文,是否会降低学生的英语能力,再次将英语学习拉上应试的道路?

经《法制晚报》记者多方了解,目前部分学校已开始对2014年调整后的高考命题形式进行调研测试。对于高考科目的调整,教育专家表示,2014年高考是将来高考改革的一部分,是实现高考的“软着陆”,有利于深化课程改革,有利于转变教学方式和学习方式。

题型一变不知能否顺利写出

“我们是刚刚知道高考开始改革,没有了开放作文。之前练的一直都是这种作文,现在突然改了,距离高考仅剩不足200天了,不知道到考试时能不能顺手写出来。孩子高考就只有一次,本来英语就比较一般,真是害怕这个题型一变,孩子适应不了,影响他的高考成绩。”有家长表示担忧。

影响发挥应用训练反而增加

有教育专家表示,各教育机构及学校各方接到教委通知都比较迟,对今年参加考试的学生来讲时间确实是有些紧张。同时,高考临近,这样突然的变化在考生复习准备和心理上必然需要一

个很大的调整,担心会影响考试时的发挥。

在目前的情况下,英语作文考试题型的调整,对平时英语基础较好的学生而言不会有太大影响,但对平时基础一般或基础相对较差的学生而言,突然调整为不熟悉的题型,确实需要一个适应的过程。

此外,未来,学生对英语应用能力需求的增加是不可逆转的大形势。目前,虽然表面上来讲减轻了应试压力,但对学生英语应用能力的训练并不会有所减少,甚至还会有所增加。

市人大代表、汇文中学校长陈维嘉表示,2014年英语取消开放作文,减少词汇量,这样的调整从整体来看属于改革的平稳过渡。开放作文的取消并不意味着对英语学习重视程度减少。

京源学校副校长孙清亚也告诉记者,市教委对于北京高考的这一调整,一方面是从实用性的角度来考虑的,另一方面则主要从对学生减负的角度着手。高考降低学生在英语作文写作中的难度,减轻学习英语的负担,这符合十八届三中全会提出的对英

语改革的大方向和社会发展的需求。

高中教材已经触及应用文

市政协委员、广渠门中学特级英语老师宋靖霞告诉《法制晚报》记者,2014年高考去掉开放性作文,取之代替的可能是说明性的应用文写作,包括邮件、信件等内容。这样的写作更贴合实际,属于在生活中经常会用到的文体,实用性更强了。

虽然高考考试说明还没出来,但不用担心的是,目前本市高中生所使用的人教版和北师大版教材中,对于这一部分的内容都有所涉及。学生和任课老师在复习的过程中,通过调整学习架构和学习内容,在高考中适应这样的题型调整应该没有问题。

2018年上海高考改革政策及改革方案 一、考试科目 改革之后的上海高考,统一考试的科目为三门:语文、数学、英语。此外学生可从思想政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生命科学6门中选择三门作为普通高中学业等级考试科目,俗称“小三门”。 二、考试分值 高考总分为660分,其中数学、语文、英语每门满分为150分,3门普通高中学业等级考试科目每门满分70分。普通高中学业水平等级性考试成绩在计入高考总分时,由五等细化为A+、A、 B+、B、B-、C+、C、C-、D+、D、E共11级,分别占5%、10%、10%、10%、10%、10%、10%、10%、10%、10%、5%。其中,A+为满分70分,E计40分。相邻两级之间的分差均为3分。 三、考试时间 语数外统一考试时间为6月份,其中英语分两次考试,另一次在1月。合格性及等级性考试时间分散在高中三年,随教随考随清。 四、英语考试改革 英语分两次考试,题目包括笔试和听说测试。考生可以选择考一次或两次,选取较好一次的成绩计入高考总分。 五、高校招生
